Refund & Return Policy – Oudh Creations

At Oudh Creations, we strive to ensure that our customers receive the finest Chikankari craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange and return policy under specific conditions.

Exchange Policy

We would be happy to exchange an item that meets the following conditions:

The product is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
The original tags and packaging are intact.
The exchange request is placed within 3 days from the date of delivery.

You may exchange your order for a different size or style, subject to availability.

Please Note:

SALE products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exchange is allowed only once per item.

Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Received the wrong product
Received the wrong size
Received the wrong color
Received a damaged product

To initiate a return request, please ensure:

The item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
A return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
Clear parcel opening videos or pictures are provided in case of a defect or damage claim.

If your return request is approved, we will initiate the refund via Bank Transfer, which may take up to 10-15 working days.

Partial Refund Policy

If you wish to return a product for reasons other than those mentioned above (e.g., you don’t like the product), we offer a partial refund based on the total amount paid. This may include shipping charges deducted from the refund amount. The percentage of the refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours.

Change in Size/Delivery Address/Phone Number

If you need to update details such as size, delivery address, or phone number, please contact us at Whasapp(Click Here) with the subject “Order Number + Revised Information”. Changes will only be accommodated if the order has not been shipped.

How to Request an Exchange/Return

For reverse pickups, we will either arrange the pickup or the customer will have to self-ship the product to our address:

Once we receive the product, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection before processing the exchange or refund.
